Custom Plastic Sensor Mounts
We produce plastic sensor mounts through CNC milling and turning for applications that require dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and precise mounting geometry. These parts hold sensors in position within machinery, automation lines, fluid systems, and electronic enclosures where metal mounts would introduce interference or corrosion risks.

Materials for Sensor Mounts
Common choices include POM for general wear and rigidity, PEEK for elevated temperatures and aggressive chemicals, PTFE for low friction or electrical isolation, and antistatic or conductive grades when sensors operate near sensitive electronics. We also run reinforced nylons, PPS, and PVDF depending on exposure to heat, moisture, or cleaning agents.
POM
General wear resistance and rigidity for everyday brackets and housings.
PEEK
Elevated temperatures and aggressive chemical exposure.
PTFE
Low friction and electrical isolation for sensitive sensor interfaces.
Antistatic / Conductive
Grades for mounts operating near sensitive electronics.
Also available
Reinforced nylons, PPS, and PVDF for heat, moisture, and cleaning-agent exposure.
How we select a grade
Material selection starts with your operating conditions: temperature range, chemical contact, vibration, and required electrical properties. We review drawings and advise on grades that maintain tolerance after machining and in service.
Machining Capabilities
Our equipment handles sensor mounts from simple brackets to multi-axis housings with pockets, slots, and threaded inserts. We work from 2D drawings, 3D models, or existing samples and support both prototype runs and repeat low-to-medium volume orders.

Typical features
- 01 Mounting holes held to ±0.05 mm or tighter
- 02 Sealing surfaces with flatness requirements
- 03 Integrated cable channels or strain-relief geometry
- 04 Thin-wall sections where weight or clearance matters
- 05 Surface finishes suitable for optical or clean-room sensors
When CNC Machining Fits Sensor Mount Projects
Ideal when
- Quantities stay below typical injection-molding thresholds
- Geometry is too complex for molding without expensive tooling
- Material properties must be verified before committing to a molded part
- Replacement mounts are needed for older equipment
- Design iterations are in progress during development
Why buyers contact us
- Local suppliers quote high prices
- Molded parts show warpage
- A supplier cannot hold tolerances on filled or high-performance polymers
Quality and Delivery
Every batch receives dimensional inspection against the drawing. We document material certificates when requested and pack parts to prevent damage during international transit. Lead times vary with material availability and complexity, but we provide clear schedules before production begins.
