Plastic Machine Stops
PlasticCNCPro produces custom plastic machine stops through precision CNC milling and turning. These components serve as positioning elements, end stops, and wear pads in automation lines, conveyor systems, assembly fixtures, and packaging equipment.

Common Applications
Plastic machine stops appear in semiconductor handling equipment, robotic work cells, pump assemblies, and food-processing machinery. Buyers typically request them when metal stops risk surface damage, when electrical isolation is required, or when low-friction contact with moving parts extends service life.
We machine stops in both simple rectangular blocks and complex geometries that include mounting holes, slots, chamfers, and threaded inserts. Tolerances commonly range from ±0.05 mm on critical faces to ±0.1 mm on overall dimensions, depending on material and part size.
Semiconductor Handling
Clean, non-marring positioning and end stops for wafer and carrier handling equipment.
Robotic Work Cells
Wear pads and locating blocks that protect fixtures and reduce friction on moving parts.
Pump Assemblies
Chemically compatible stops where isolation and corrosion resistance are required.
Food-Processing Machinery
Low-friction contact components for conveyor systems and packaging equipment.
Materials for Machine Stops
Engineering plastics provide the right balance of rigidity, impact resistance, and chemical compatibility. Reinforced, antistatic, and flame-retardant variants are available when specifications require them. Our engineers review drawings against material data sheets before quoting to confirm suitability.
-
POM / Acetal
Dimensional stability and low moisture absorption.
-
Nylon Grades
Impact and wear resistance for dynamic contact.
-
UHMW-PE
High-abrasion environments and sliding surfaces.
-
PEEK & PPS
Elevated temperature or chemical exposure.
-
PTFE & PVDF
Where chemical inertness is essential.
Production Capabilities
Parts begin from solid stock or near-net shapes. We perform milling, drilling, tapping, slotting, and finishing in a single setup when geometry allows. Surface finishes range from as-machined to fine bead-blast or polished, depending on contact requirements.

Lead times for first samples average ten to fifteen working days after order confirmation; subsequent batches follow agreed schedules.
Quality and Documentation
Each batch receives dimensional inspection against the supplied drawing. We record critical dimensions, material lot numbers, and any special packaging instructions. Certificates of conformance and material test reports are supplied on request.
Export packaging uses protective wrapping, partitioned cartons, and clear labeling to prevent damage during transit.
