Materials for Valve Applications
Valve inserts contact process fluids, seats, stems, and seals. We select materials based on the service conditions you provide.
We review drawings for tolerance stack-up, wall thickness, and sealing geometry before quoting. Material certification and lot traceability are available on request.
PTFE & PVDF
For aggressive chemicals and high purity service.
PEEK & PPS
For elevated temperatures and mechanical load.
POM & Nylon Grades
For lower-friction sliding surfaces.
